One-time purchase and refund rules for future commercial access.

Current availability
Zombie Couple Video is a development preview. Live generation and checkout are closed, and there have been no customer purchases. This policy sets out the rules that will apply when commercial purchases open. It does not announce a paid plan or enable a purchase. The price, entitlements, and support channel will be shown before commercial checkout opens.
One-time purchases
Purchases are one-time payments. There is no automatic renewal or recurring subscription charge.
Full refund for a completely unused order
You may request a full cash refund within 7 days after payment if all entitlements from that order are completely unused. Both conditions must be met: the request is made within the 7-day window and none of that order's entitlements has been used. Usage is checked against the order and entitlement records.
Failed generation
If generation fails, unused entitlements reserved for that job are returned to your account. This return of unused entitlements is separate from a cash refund and does not by itself mean a cash refund has been completed. Cash refund eligibility follows the conditions above and any applicable statutory rights.
Delivered videos
For a video that has already been delivered, we do not promise a cash refund except where required by your statutory rights. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Requesting and receiving a refund
When commercial purchases open, use the support channel published on the Contact page and in the purchase information. Provide your order identifier, payment date, and the request; do not send a password, full payment-card details, API keys, or sensitive portraits. Send refund requests or preview questions to support@zombiecouplevideos.video.
Approved cash refunds are returned through the original payment method. The time for a refund to appear depends on the payment provider and bank. This policy does not promise a fixed response, processing, or arrival time.
